It's Sunday evening, my kids are spread out across the house entertaining themselves. I am sitting in our dining room surrounded by bags from Hobby Lobby, full of yarn. My table has patterns, invoices, crochet hooks, scissors and of course my trusty energy drink. As I sit here and crochet a cowl that is on its way to Colorado, it came to me, I am truly blessed.
I love to crochet and I am so grateful that my online store has started to take off. I am by no means a business major so this whole thing has been learn as I go. But the bottom line is I love to crochet. I love the idea that there are people all over the country (mainly the US & Australia) that have my handmade items. How cool is that!

I honestly couldn't have made it this far if it wasn't for my supportive husband and our amazing kids. Juggling a full time job, while being a wife and a mom is hard in itself. But then trying to squeeze a business into every other waking second I got, can be challenging. They have cheered me on and helped make adjustments around the house so I can do what I love and for that I couldn't be more grateful!
