Mud Volleyball 2011

Its not very often my hubby and I get to spend adult time together. This year I decided to tag along to watch him play mud volleyball along with some of his co-workers. The event was hosted by The Epilepsy Foundation of Central Ohio at Beulah Park in Grove City, Ohio benefitting the programs and services of the Epilepsy Foundation.

The day started out cloudy but soon turned out to be sunny and hot. A great day to take a swim in the nice cool muddy water. Even if it was by accident!

It was great to see so many people come out for such a great cause. They had over thirty five courts of volleyball games going at one time.

Although I didn't play mud volleyball, I had a wonderful time hanging out with my husband and cheering on his team the "Mudder Fockers"!

  1. Haha! I know my younger two would have been all over this! You guys look great, love the hand prints! :)

  2. Looks like fun! I am not a very good volleyball player...But I played softball growing up and we had many games that ended with me looking like the photos above:)

  3. @Vintage Precious ~ When I first saw the hand prints I thought it was great ~ he totally violated himself, lol!

@theolivetree ~ everyone in my house plays sports but me. I love watching but I suck horribly!

  4. Playing in the mud is alllllways fun! :0) My kids did that today!

  5. ha! that looked like so much fun! :D
